Kelly is the Assistant Director of Research working with John Bartlett. As part of the Research Team, she works to expand the global health research portfolio of the Institute. She works to advance the Institute's research agenda and help to develop an extramural grant profile by liaising with faculty regarding funding opportunities; collaborative opportunities and assisting with grant preparation and grant writing. She also coordinates pre-submission grant reviews for faculty, is experienced with cross-disciplinary team building, facilitating cross-culture, cross-countries, cross-University/Med Ctr and Cross-Department team building, and has experience developing IRB applications and other related materials. Kelly has an MPH from the University of Utah and worked in health services research prior to coming to DGHI.
