Evaluation of LifeNet International’s training program on maternal and neonatal quality of care in partner clinics in Masaka District, Uganda

LifeNet has engaged the Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI) Evidence Lab at Duke University to carry out a quasi-experimental longitudinal study of the effects of the LN training intervention on improvements in quality of care and maternal and child morbidity and mortality in selected LN partner clinics in Masaka District, Uganda. The overall goal of this study is to estimate the effect of LifeNet International’s clinical and management training program on maternal and child health in Masaka District, Uganda. This is a 2-year project that includes 14 months of health facility-based data collection.
