The Urban Titling Project explores the impact of registry infrastructure improvements, direct assistance to citizens and technical upgrades on property transaction expediency. The project surveyed Mongolian citizens engaging in selected property transactions, and monitored the time and monetary costs associated with each transaction. A different set of citizens will be surveyed once all improvements are implemented to determine the impact of this intervention.
